Painterly Photobash Action

This Photoshop Action significantly reduces the amount of Noise in Photos while maintaining the integrity of the shapes.

I created it to bridge the gap between my Realistic Photobash workflow, and more stylized projects.

This isn't a glamorous tool, but it's very effective.
